Edinburgh College Student Portal Moodle Login
If you want to login moodle you will need the username and password of the Edinburgh College so get it from the University first and then you login to moodle.
- First Open this moodle sign in moodle.edinburghcollege.ac.uk.

Add Teams Calendar or Outlook Calendar on Edinburgh Moodle
The very first thing to check is that you are signed into Teams and Outlook with your Edinburgh College account.
You cannot access any college systems with personal (i.e. Hotmail.co.uk/gmail.com), professional (i.e. @myorganisation.com) or school (i.e. @ea.edin.sch.uk) accounts.
Next, check both your Teams calendar and your Outlook calendar.
Simply click the button in the email titled ‘Add event to my calendar’. Your Teams and Outlook calendars should now be fully populated with scheduled meetings from this Team. Please note that if you have just recently enrolled, your membership to the Team can take up to 24hrs and this email should follow shortly afterwards.
How to check email forwarding
- Go directly to your Outlook forwarding rules: outlook.office.com, ensure you are signed in with your Edinburgh College account.
- Ensure the ‘Enable forwarding’ option is UNTICKED and remove any email address in the box.
- If you have tried everything above, and still do not see any meeting invitations, you can add meetings to your calendar one at a time.
How to add meetings to calendar
- Enter your Team and Channel which the meetings are associated with Look for a scheduled meeting link in the channel chat a meeting will appear as a post, titled Scheduled a meeting.
- Click on the blue meeting link.
- On the meeting details page, click ‘+ Add to Calendar’ in the upper left corner.
